I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. The location couldn't have been better, it was so close to the shopping areas and within walking distance to everything. I loved how close it was to the boat stop, my favorite way to travel around this city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy and clean room at the hotel. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and provided a comfortable experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions and shopping centers within close proximity. We were able to easily explore the city and make the most out of our holiday. Another advantage we appreciated was the helpful and friendly staff who were always available to assist us.
There were a few negative aspects that affected our overall experience. the hot water in the bathroom was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold, making it inconvenient for someone who prefers to bathe in hot water.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location, close to shopping centers. The room wasnice and neat with a nice shower. I also enjoyed the complimentary water and snacks. Despite its central location, the hotel was quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.
the helpful receptionist pointed out nearby food options. I wish there was Netflix available on the TV.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, as we could easily get a taxi right outside and there were plenty of coffee shops around. Also, the major shopping district was just a short walk away! The service was outstanding, with room service and housekeeping tending to our every need. The staff was super nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool and sun terrace, were definitely a highlight of our trip. Finally, the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a nice touch.
This place is definitely family-friendly, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay without any issues.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk from the skytrain station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Plus, it was situated near major shopping areas, so we had plenty of options for retail therapy. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed taking a dip in the rooftop swimming pool and indulging in delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. it was a fantastic find that we would highly recommend to friends and family.
The breakfast options were a bit limited, but with so many restaurants nearby, it didn't bother us much.
